Here are three websites / apps for locating and booking an available slip or mooring: Dockwa - https://dockwa.com/ 400 marinas, mostly East Coast, but also is now expanding into the Great Lakes region, the West Coast and beyond. Snag-a-Slip - https://www.snagaslip.com/ Slips along the East and West Coast in both US and Canada; Mexico; and the Caribbean SlipFinder - https://www.slipfinder.com/ A relatively young startup, currently 200 marinas, primarily centered along the Northeast, East Coast and Bahamas

Just read the ENSIGN article on this topic in the "Tips of the Month" section on our website. Just curious what tips you have to either avoid running aground OR what you do once you get stranded. Thoughts???

Did anyone else go? We went to this event last week and it was fantastic! (Much better than the Savannah Christmas Boat Parade we attended last year.) Nice job by the Beaufort Power Squadron. You could see lots of boats close up, enjoy hot chocolate, and cheer on your favorite light display. Check out these photos.

We're always looking for fun things to do locally. I found this upcoming Charleston event online, but am unfamiliar with it. Has anyone experienced it and, if so, would you recommend? Multiple dates in December, you apparently bring your own food & drink and have a sing-along. Pegasus Charters. Here's the general info with dates: http://www.christmasincharleston.com/events/rock_n_roll_christmas_cruise-12922?search=&endDate=03/27/2022&startDate=10/29/2017 Here's the ticket site: http://indexic.net/Event/pegasus-charters?GroupID=15 Please let me know what you think. We caught these on the May River near Savage Creek. Lots of red fish were biting near Point Comfort, but were too small to keep. Might be ready to catch now.
